Swedish judoka won the Grand Prix of Qingdao as first big victory, in 2015 he added the Grand Slam of Tyumen. He won gold at the Grand Prix in Tbilisi in 2016 and Grand Slam in Tyumen again in 2016. Pacek is multiple Swedish Champion. Brother of Robin Pacek. At World Championships since 2009. He finished with silver at the Grand Prix in Tbilisi in 2017. He took a bronze medal in 2018 in Saarbrücken.

Grand Prix Tbilisi starting with world and Olympic medallists

This afternoon the official draw of the Tbilisi Grand Prix 2017 took place. During three days, 252 athletes representing 36 delegations will compete in the 14 weight divisions at the New Sports Palace . The IJF experts will focus on ‘progressive judo‘ and more time will be given for the athletes to build positive judo. ‘The rules will be applied strictly but fairly,” said Neil Adams, IJF refereeing supervisor, who is working together with his two other colleagues, Daniel Lascau and Alexander Jatskevich and with all the departments involved in the implementation of the new rules.
