Dutch judoka Joanne Van Lieshout captured the Junior world title in 2021 and 2022. Joanne took bronze at the 2023 World Champinonships in Doha. She clinched a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Tokyo and Astana in 2023. She claimed the European U23 title in 2020 in Porec and bronze medal at Junior level in one week, as well as in 2021. Joanne took gold at the EYOF in Baku in 2019. Joanne won the Grand Prix of Portugal in 2022. Joanna took won the Grand Prix Upper Austria in Linz in 2024 and took bronze at the Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi in 2022 and Baku in 2024.
