Turkish Ahmet Sahin Kaba won the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Tampere in 2009 U55kg as a cadet. As junior he won bronze in 2012 and silver in 2013. As senior he lost three finals: Grand Prix Zagreb in 2014, Euro Open in Cluj and Glasgow, but soon expected to shine with gold. He won gold at the Balkan Championships in Skopje in 2017.
