She took a bronze medal at the Junior World Championships in Nassau in the Bahamas. She won the European Cup U21 in Kaunas in 2018. She claimed a bronze medal at the European Open in Cluj Napoca in 2019.

Finally it was the time for Jovana Pekovic. The super talent from Montenegro captured the European U23 title in Izhevsk. She was the only athlete from Montenegro to make the trip to the Ural in Russia. Always those are personal investment she does for such a long time. German juniors continue medal hunger in Kaunas with 8 titles

Also at the second of the Junior European Cup in Kaunas, the German team kept the pace of winning. In total the German team captured eight titles including those five on Sunday. Both men and women won the medal table with both four gold medals. The Netherlands finished second with three gold medals and 15 medals in total, even more than the efficient Germans. Read more
