Ukrainian judoka Bogdan Iadov became European Champion in 2022 in Sofia. He captured silver at the Grand Prix in Tel Aviv in 2019. He won the European Open in 2017. As cadet Iadov won a silver medal at the European Cadet Championships in Tallinn in 2013 and bronze at the World Cadet Championships in Miami. Iadov won silver at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing in 2014. He took bronze at the Grand Slam in Baku. He took bronze at the Grand Slam of Tel Aviv in 2022. Gold at the Grand Slam in Paris in 2023 and bronze in Tbilisi. He bagged a bronze medal at the Grand Prix Upper Austria in 2024
