She took silver at the World Cadet Championships in 2015. Alina took the gold at the European Open in Cluj Napoca in 2019. She took bronze at the European U23 Championship in 2019 in Izhevsk. Took silver at the Grand Slam of Tel Aviv in 2022. She bagged bronze at the Grand Slam in Ulaanbaatar in 2022 and Antalya and Abu Dhabi and 2023. She took bronze at the Grand Prix in Zagreb in 2023. She took silver at the GS in Antalya and Dushanbe in 2024.
