Georgian judoka Zebeda Rekhviashvili won the European Open in Oberwart in 2014. He was European Open Team Champion with Georgia in 2012, 2013 and 2014. He came back in 2017 and won silver at the Grand Slam in Paris. He took bronze at the Grand Slam in Ekaterinburg in 2017. He took bronze at the Grand Slam in Ekaterinburg in 2018. In 2018 he won the European Open in Minsk. He won the Bundesliga finals in 2019 in Esslingen with TSV Abendsberg, Since 2021 he fights for Serbia.
