Giyosjon Boboev of Uzbekistan captured silver at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2017. In 2016 he won a bronze medal in Tashkent. In 2017 he took bronze at the European Open in Minsk.In 2013 he won gold as junior at the European Cup U21 in Kiev. He won silver at the Grand Slam in Baku in 2016. He took bronze at the Grand Slam in Tokyo in 2016. He won gold at the Grand Prix in Tbilisi in 2017. He claimed a silver medal at the Asian Open in Aktau in 2021.
