Romy Tarangul won bronze at the 2009 World Championships in Rotterdam. She seized silver at the 2008 European Championships in Lisbon and bronze at 2012 Europeans in Chelyabinsk. She won the World Cups in Sofia (2008 and 2014), Miami (2011) and Apia (2011). With the German team she won many medals.
