Judoka Vusala Karimova of Azerbaijan became European Cadet Champion in 2017 in Kaunas. She won the European Cup Cadets Fuengirola and Teplice in 2017. In 2018 she won gold at the Cadet European Cup in Fuengirola and Antalya. Vusala Karimova (AZE) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for cadets U40kg in 2017.
