Paula Pareto was the first gold medallist of her country Argentina. She tiny World and Olympic champion had a huge performance at her 30st. Paula Pareto was the smallest medallist among the 56, she is just 1.50m. She was also the lightest weighing 47.7kg.
The tallest medallists were Teddy Riner and Rafael Silva, both 2.03. Silva was the heaviest medal winner weighing 172kg. Lukas Krpalek won gold U100kg as tallest athlete with 1.97m, size matters?
