Paralympic judoka Sharif Khalilov of Uzbekistan bagged a bronze medal at the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo. He won silver at the Paralympic Games London in 2012 U73kg. In 2015 he won silver at the IBSA World Games in Seoul. He won the IBSA Asian and Oceania Championships in Atyrau in 2019. He clinched a bronze medal at the IBSA Grand Prix in Nur-Sultan in 2022.
