Portuguese judoka Maria Gabriela Reis Yutaka Silveira captured the gold medal at the Cadet European Championships in 2023 in Odivelas. She took a silver medal at the Cadet European Cup in Coimbra in 2022. Bronze at the European Cup Cadets in Gyor in 2022. Maria won the Cadet European Cup in Teplice in 2023 U57kg. She is the 2023 Portuguese Cadet Champion. Maria Silveira is Portuguese and has a Japanese father. She bagged a bronze medal at the EYOF in Maribor in 2023. She triumphed at the Junior European Cup in Anadia (POR) in 2024. Took a silver medal at the 2024 European Cup in Portimao.
