Mongolian judoka Ganbaatar Battulga won the Asian Open in Taipei 2014. In 2016 he won bronze at the Czech Open in Prague. The lightweight took bronze at the 2014 World Junior Championships in Fort Lauderdale and switched from U55 to U60kg the same year.
