Aoife Coughlan of Australia was Oceania Junior Champion in 2011 and 2015 U63kg. She had already won the Oceanian cadet title and won the senior title in 2015. The Australian claimed a bronze medal at the Asian Open in Hong Kong in 2018. She won bronze at the 2019 European Open in Prague. In 2022 Aoife won bronze at the Pan American Oceania Championships in Lima in 2022. She won the Commonwealth Games in 2022 Birmingham. She took a silver medal at the Oceania Open in Perth in 2022. She claimed silver at the Grand Slam in Tokyo in 2022. She was victorious at the Grand Prix in Portugal in 2023.
