Khusen Khalmurzaev won the European Junior title twice in 2011 and 2012. He won silver in 2011 at the World Junior Championships. The twinbrother of Khasan won his first Grand Prix medal in 2013 in Almaty. Grand Slam bronze in Tyumen in 2015 and silver in 2016. In 2016 he won the Grand Prix Samsun. He won silver at the Grand Prix in Düsseldorf in 2017. He took bronze at the European Championships in Warsaw in 2017 and Minsk 2019 and he won gold at the Grand Prix in Hohhot.
