Brazilian Raquel Silva is the older sister of Rafaela, also raised in the favelas. She fights U52kg and won three Pan American Opens in San Salvador (2) and Montevideo. In 2009 Raquel was South American Champion.She won +10 World Cup medals. She fought at Grand Slams against Nishida and Nakamura. At the European Open in Glasgow she took silver in 2016.
