Gé van den Elshout won the national title in 1984 U78kg. He won the national title as team manager of Rotterdam Olympic Judo. As athlete he won various international medals at Belgian Open, Polish Open, Swedish Open, Austrian Opoen and German Open. Bronze with the Dutch team in 1980.
