Swiss judoka Valentin Rota won European Cups in Sarajevo and London both in 2013. He won bronze at the senior European Cup in Saarbrucken in 2016. He was Swiss Champion in 2014 and won titles in all age categories. In 2008 he won silver at the European U20 Championships in Warsaw. Seized gold at the Ranking 1000 Tournament in St. Gallen (SUI) in 2014.
