French judoka Stéphane Nomis won the Swiss Open in Basel in 1996 and Polish Open in Warsaw in 1998. He became FFFD President in 2020. He was co founder of alljudo.net and founder and CEO of Ippon Technologies who, trained as a high performance judoka at INSEP from 1990 to 1999 and was part of the French national team under the direction of René Rambier at the French Federation of Judo. He trained with French stars such as David Douillet, Djamel Bouras and Larbi Benboudaoud.
