French heavyweight judoka Emilie Andeol became Olympic Champion in Rio in 2016. She is double European Champion in 2014 and 2015. She won bronze at the 2014 World Championships. Andeol won various titles with the French team and five World Cups in her career. In 2015 she won the Grand Slam of Paris and bronze at the Grand Slam of Tokyo and she won bronze at the Grand Slam in Baku in 2016 and in Paris in 2017. She fought her last official match at the World Championships in Budapest in 2017.
