Mongolian Tsogtbaatar Tsend-Ochir became World Champiion in 2023 in Tashkent. He finished with bronze at the 2020 Olympic Games. He fought the World Junior Championships final in 2014 and in 2015 and bronze at the World Cadet Championships in 2013. Tsogtbaatar won several IJF World Tour events in Ekaterinburg in 2018, Tashkent, Tbilisi and Abu DHabi in 2021. He became Asian Pacific Champion in 2019. he is the fifth World Champion of Mongolia since 2009. He led the IJF World Ranking U73kg in 2022 for a while. He captured a silver medal at the Grand Slam in Antalya in 2023.
