Judoka Islam Rahimov from Azerbaijan captured a silver medal at the European Cup Cadets in Fuengirola in 2020. He won the Cadet European title in Riga in 2021. He took gold at the 2021 European Cup Cadets in Porec. He took a silver medal at the European Open in Sarajevo in 2023. He earned a bronze medal at the International Masters Bremen for juniors U21 in 2024. Seized gold at the Belgian Open in Visé in 2024.
