Nikolina Nisavic took a silver medal at the Serbian Championships in Belgrade in 2021. She captured the gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Athens in 2022. She bagged a bronze medal at the Junior European Cup in Banja Luka in Bosnia in 2022. In 2022 she added a bronze medal at the European U23 title in Sarajevo. She claimed the gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Sarajevo in 2023. She claimed the gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Prague in 2023. She took silver at the Junior European Cup in Gradec in 2023.
