Judoka Jean-Claude Cameroun of Cameroon won several African Championships medals in 2000, 2002 and 2004. He participated at the Olympic Games of Sydney and Athens and World Championships U60kg and U66kg. Afterhis career he lived in Paris and became Sports Director of the African Judo Union.
