In 2018 he won gold at the Cadet European Cup in Gyor. Vincenzo Skenderi (ITA) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for cadets U55kg in 2019. In 2019 he won silver at the Cadet European Cup in Berlin. He captured the gold medal at the Cadet European Championships in Warsaw. He won a bronze medal at the Cadet World Championships in Almaty in 2019. He clinched a bronze medal at the European Cup for Cadets in Follonica in 2020.
