Turkish judoka Muhammed Demirel earned silver at the 2024 European Championships in Zagreb. He clinched a silver medal at the Cadet European Championships in Warsaw. He won the Cadet European Mixed team title with Türkiye in Warsaw in 2019. He captured the Turkish national title in 2021. He clinched the gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Paks in 2022. He took a bronze medal at the Junior Worlds in Guayaquil in 2022. He claimed the European Junior title in 2022. With the team of Türkiye he took silver at the Junior European mixed team championships in 2022 in Prague.
