Judo referee Ling Chai of China will be refereeing at the Paralympic Games in Rio2016. She is one of the 12 judo referees at the Paralympics. She refereed Olympic Games since Athens 2004. Rio 2016 are her fourth Olympic Games. Seven IBSA World Championships and IBSA referee since 2003.
