Adrian Sulca from Romania captured the Junior world title in 2021 in Olbia and became the Junior European Champion in 2021. He was Youth Olympic Champion in 2018 in Buenos Aires. He claimed the gold medal at the European Open in Zagreb in 2021 and Junior European Cup in Cluj Napoca in 2019 and Coimbra in 2021. By the EJU he was chosen Best junior male judoka 2021. He took silver at the European Open in Oberwart in 2022. Sulca captured the gold medal at the European Open in Gyor in 2024. Seized gold at the 2024 European Police Championships in Sofia. Bronze at the 2024 European Open in Prague.
