JSV Speyer and Remscheider TV win Bundesliga title

JSV Speyer is the new German women's team champion. Remscheider TV wins the men's title. In the final of the women's national league, the team from the Palatinate beat defending champions TSG Backnang 10:4. This is Speyer's third German team title after 2015 and 2019. JSV had already taken a 6:1 lead after the first round.

In the final, Marlene Galandi, Hilde Jager, Mascha Ballhaus, Geke van den Berg, Seija Ballhaus, Amber Gersjes, Bertille Murphy, Jill Trenz and Lea Schmid scored the points for JSV Speyer.

Remscheider TV only won the dramatic men's final in the last individual match with a final score of 8:6 against TSG Backnang.

Remscheid thus brought the title back to North Rhine-Westphalia for the first time in 55 years.

The points for Remscheid were scored by Balabay Aghayev, Anthony Zingg, David Garcia-Torne, Eduard Trippel, Losseni Kone and Dilshot Khalmatov.
