Richard Trautmann left out in coaching German team for 2024

The contract of Richard Trautmann will not be extended. The German Judo Association will give Pedro Guedes the tasks of Trautmann with immediate effect. For the national coach of women, Claudiu Pusa, the contract will be extended until the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. Trautmann was one of the two coaches of the bronze German mixed team and coach of silver medallist Eduard Trippel.
"The presidium and the board of directors would like to thank Richard Trautmann very much for his work for the DJB", said board member Hartmut Paulat. "We wish him every success in his further professional career." The German Association mentioned in an official press release.
Next week all other national coaches of the different age groups will be presented.
