Keisy Perafan competed at World Championships since 2018 with best result in 2021 finishing fifth after a bronze medal loss against Julia Figueroa, her fifth contest. Silver at the 2018 Pan American Championships in San Jose and bronze in 2020 in Guadalajara. Collected 15 World Cup medals, but none in the World Judo Tour. She took seven victories at Continental Open events (four in Argentina). The successor in the -48kg division of 2016 Olympic Champion Paula Pareto (bronze at Tokyo 2020). Seized gold at the 2024 African Open in Abidjan. Attained gold at the 2024 Pan American Open in Lima.
