Slovenian judoka Kaja Kajzer finished fifth at the 2020 Olympic Games. She won the Grand Prix in Tel Aviv in 2020. She claimed silver at the Europeans in Lisbon in 2021 and in 2024 in Zagreb. She was successful from a young age and cadets and Juniors where she took bronze at the 2018 Junior Worlds. Kaja took bronze at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2017 at the age of 17. She claimed the bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Zagreb in 2021. She took a bronze medal at the European Open in Rome in 2023. She captured a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Antalya and GP Zagreb in 2023 and GP Linz in 2024.
