Alikhan Dzarmotov of Russia won bronze at the World U20 Championships in Cape Town in 2011. In 2015 he switched to Türkiye under the name of Ali Erdogan and became Turkish champion in 2015, 2017 and 2018. He competed at the World Championships in 2017.
