American Paralympic judoka Dartanyon Davon Crockett won bronze at the Paralympic Games in 2016 in Rio. In London he also won bronze at the Paralympic Games U90kg. Crockett won bronze at the 2013 USA Judo International Championships U90kg and won silver at the 2013 IBSA Parapan American Championships. In 2014 won the world title in his class. He was born with Leber’s disease, an acute visual loss. He won the Visual Impaired German Open in Heidelberg in 2017.
