Toni Miletic of Bosnia Herzegovina won a bronze medal U81kg at the World Cadet Championships in Sarajevo. He also won bronze at the Balkan Championships in 2015. He won gold at the Balkan Championships in Tirana in 2019 and in 2018. At the Junior European Cup in Lignano in 2019 he took a silver medal as well as in Paks. He captured a bronze medal at the European Open in Sarajevo in 2022 and silver at the European Cup in Sarajevo. He took the gold medal at the Balkan Championships in Pazardzhik in 2022. He took a silver medal at the European Open in Sarajevo in 2023.
