Israeli judoka Inbal Shemesh won bronze at the Junior European Championships in 2016 in Malaga. She captured silver at the Grand Prix in Tel Aviv in 2019. In 2018 she took gold at the European Open in Warsaw. She claimed a bronze medal at the European Open in Cluj Napoca in 2019. She clinched a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2019. She won gold at the European Cup in Dubrovnik and Sarajevo in 2022. She took the gold medal at the Grand Slam in Tbilisi in 2022 and gold in Riccione in 2022. She captured a silver medal at the Grand Slam in Antalya in 2023.
