Belarus judoka Mikita Sviryd won his first Belarus senior title in 2016. In 2018 he was heavyweight champion. He took a silver medal at the Grand Prix in The Hague in 2018. Mikita clinched a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2019. He won bronze at the European Championships in 2016 in Malaga U21. In 2016 European U23 silver in Tel-Aviv and silver in 2017 in Podgorica. In 2013 EYOF and Cadet World Championships 5th place. He won various medals at European Open. He lives in Croatia since 2022. National Croatian champion in 2024.
