Turkish heavyweight Ibrahim Tataroglu became 2024 Junior European Champion in Tallinn. He triumphed at the EYOF in Maribor in 2023 both individual and team event. He is the son of Selim Tataroglu, born in Russia. Ibrahim won bronze at the European Cadet Championships U18 in Porec in 2022. He captured a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Antalya in 2023 and bronze at Qazaqstan in 2024. He took a silver medal at the junior world championships in 2023 in Odivelas. Second youngest at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Captured a bronze medal at the junior world championships in 2024 in Dushanbe (TJK).
