Noriko Narazaki Sugawara was multiple Japanese National Champion and 1999 World Champion of Birmingham. She was Double Olympic medallist 1996-2000 in Atlanta and Sydney. She fought U52kg and came from the University of Tsukuba. Sugawara is multiple judo national champion. She won the Tournoi de Paris in 1996 and 1997.
