Italian judoka Antonio Esposito won the World Junior Championships U21 in 2013 in Ljubljana. In 2014 he won the European U23 Championships, in 2015 he finished with silver. Antonio won the Grand Prix Upper Austria in Linz in 2024. He captured a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Zagreb in 2017. He won European Championships bronze in 2018 in Tel Aviv. He took a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in The Hague in 2018. He claimed a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Budapest in 2022. He finished with bronze at the Grand Slam Baku 2023.
