Kenya Kohara of Japan fought the World Junior Championships final in 2013. He captured the gold medal at the Grand Slam in Ulaanbaatar in 2023. He took bronze at the World Junior Team Championships in Ljubljana in 2013 with Japan. He won a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Baku in 2017. He took a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Tunis in 2018. He took silver at the Grand Prix in Budapest in 2018 and silver at the Grand Slam in Osaka in 2018. He won the Kodokan Cup and the Grand Slam in Tokyo in 2022. He finished with bronze at the Grand Slam Baku 2023.
