Spanish judoka Henar Parra won bronze at the World Junior Championships in 1998 and took European Junior silver. She won six World Cup medals including two in Leonding. Parra was Spanish national champion U78kg in 2004. She won the Belgian Open in 2000. She took bronze at Mediterranean Games. Henar lives in Madrid and belongs to the Brunete Judo Club where she was coached by Joaquin Ruiz. Now she is physical therapist and ocassionally teaches Judo. Her most regular rival was Matrosova Anastasia.
