Hungarian judoka Szabina Gercsak is 2015 World Junior and European Junior Champion in 2014 and 2015 and U23. She claimed the Youth Olympic Games in 2014. In 2013 she was World Cadet Champion U18 and European Cadet Champion. Gercsak successfully stepped up to U70 in 2015 and won bronze in Havana. She captured bronze at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2017 and 2018. Szabina bagged silver at the Grand Prix of Portugal in 2022. She took bronze at the GP Portugal in 2023. She grabbed a gold medal at the European Open in Sofia. She finished with bronze at the Grand Slams Baku and Dushanbe in 2024.
