Ramadan Darwish won a bronze medal at the 2009 World Championships in Rotterdam U100kg and the 2018 he finished fifth in Baku. He is multiple African Champion. He won 25 World Cup medals and gold at the Grand Prix in Qingdao (2009), Tashkent (2014-2017) and Budapest in 2015. In 2016 he won gold at the Euro Open in Sofia. African champion 2016. . He took bronze at the 2018 World Masters in Guangzhou. In 2019 he won the Grand Prix in Montreal. He won gold at the African Games in Rabat in 2019.
