Italian judoka Maria Centracchio secured bronze at the 2020 Olympics. Her career highlights include European Junior silver in 2014, U23 bronze in the same year, and triumph at the African Open in 2015. She also claimed bronze at the Euro Open in Glasgow in 2018 and silver at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2018. She claimed bronze at the 2019 European Games.
