British judoka Brian Jacks is the 1972 Olympic bronze medallist. He also took the bronze medal at the 1967 World Championships in Salt Lake. In 1970 Brian Jacks became European Champion in Berlin U80kg and took his second title in 1973 in Madrid. He collected six European medals. He was already Junior European Champion and took many British Open titles. Later Brian became famous in the British TV show Super stars.
