Kerrye Katz, nee Kerrye Daniels, won the Oceania title in 1985 U66kg. She finished 7th at the 1987 World Championships in Essen and 1988 Olympics in Seoul. She lives in Sydney. She is now in her sixties, married to former Olympic coach Rob Katz since 1985 and has two children, Nathan and Josh, both Olympians and active in the World Judo Tour. She is a PE teacher and works with special needs children, mostly in the field of autism, as her job. Kerrye is the Junior State Coach and the Junior Development Coach for New South Wales.
