Paralympic judoka Bayram Mustafayev of Azerbaijan took a silver medal at the Paralympic Games in 2016. Mustafaev won gold at the IBSA World Championships 2014 in Colorado U66kg. In 2015 he won the IBSA European Championships Lisbon. He took the European title for men U66kg. Also in 2013 he won the IBSA European Championships in Eger, Hungary. He won medals at non disabled Azerbaijan Championships and was U23 Champion in 2006 U60kg. He won the IBSA European silver medal in Walsall in 2017.
