Migle Julija Dudenaite became Lithuanian Cadet Champion in 2014 and 2015. She also took the Junior title and finished 5th at the EYOF in 2015. She clinched a silver medal at the Asian Open in Zouk Mikhael in Lebanon in 2022. She secured s silver medal at the African Open in Tunis in 2023. She took a silver medal at the Asian Open in Bishkek in 2023. Attained silver at the 2024 European University Games in Miskolc. Bronze medal at the 2024 Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi.
